How does Business Hosting Plus Sub-Domain Forwarding
work?
Using the Sub-domain forwarding service,
you can forward any visitor from
http://subdomain.your-domain-name.com/ to
http://destination-domain-name.com/subdomain/.
The Sub-Domain Forwarding service can also be used in conjunction with URL Masking and Path
Forwarding services.
For example, if Sub-Domain
Forwarding is enabled, then:
-
http://payments.your-domain-name.com
will get successfully forwarded to http://destination-domain-name.com/payments/
-
http://credit-card.payments.your-domain-name.com
will get forwarded to http://destination-domain-name.com/payments/credit-card/
